Christian Gournay serves as Vice President of Project & Development Services at JLL, where he leads complex corporate real estate initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and high-profile clients. With 35 years of industry experience, including a decade at JLL and seven years at CBRE, Christian specializes in office buildouts and headquarters development projects that transform how organizations work.

His impressive client portfolio includes McLaren Automotive, Moody's Financial Services, General Motors, TD Ameritrade, SoFi, McKesson, Greystar, Rohde & Schwarz, Lehigh Hanson, Fortrea, and Bent Tree Country Club. Christian brings strategic vision and execution excellence to each project, delivering spaces that enhance productivity and reflect corporate culture.

Christian's connection to the military runs deep through his family heritage. His grandfather served as a sharpshooter in the U.S. Army during World War II, fighting in the European Theater—a legacy of service that fuels Christian's commitment to supporting veterans today.

Christian's commitment to supporting veterans deepened in 2023, when he and his close friend, Shane Arrant, founded the Sporting Clays Classic benefiting Merging Vets and Players. Now in its third year, the event has become a marquee gathering for the Dallas design and construction community. The most recent event in March 2026 drew over 500 participants, sponsors, and guests, bringing MVP's mission to center stage while raising critical funds for veterans and former professional athletes.

Outside the office, Christian enjoys pursuing his passion for hunting and fishing, finding balance and perspective in the outdoors.  Christian has been married to his bride, Karen, for 30 years, and they have three children: Madeline (26), Caroline (24), and Benjamin (18).
