Board President

Noel served in the United States Marines corps with 2nd Battalion 7th Marines as a mortar squad leader where he was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries suffered during Operation Enduring Freedom. Noel has extensive experience in both technology and non-profit sectors. He holds double master’s degrees in both technology and business administration and has led numerous new business ventures and projects including enhancing MVP’s logical model to reach thousands of more veterans and athletes around using a virtual element. Noel’s new role will allow him the opportunity to strengthen MVP board’s and create new opportunities of growth.
