Tracy Pakulniewicz

Tracy Pakulniewicz is a national security executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing initiatives that strengthen military readiness, support Service members, veterans, and military families, and build partnerships across government, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector.

Her career has been defined by a commitment to advancing organizations and initiatives that support those who serve before, during, and after their time in uniform.

Throughout her career, Tracy has served in senior leadership positions across the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the private sector, advising executive leaders on organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and mission execution. Most recently, she served as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, where she helped shape policies supporting military readiness, recruiting, retention, the National Guard and Reserve, military families, and quality-of-life programs. Her work has also included collaboration with NATO Allies to strengthen military recruitment, retention, and the advancement of women across allied armed forces.

Tracy's commitment to the military community extends beyond government service. She served as Director of External Relations for the 2016 Invictus Games Orlando, leading strategic partnerships, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement for the international adaptive sporting event celebrating the resilience and recovery of wounded, ill, and injured Service members and veterans. She has also supported the Department of Defense Warrior Games, helping elevate awareness of the transformative role adaptive sports play in fostering recovery, resilience, and lifelong wellness.

Throughout her career, Tracy has believed that meaningful impact is achieved through service, collaboration, and leadership that brings people and organizations together around a common purpose.
