Merging Vets & Players (MVP) offers multiple opportunities to connect both in person through our nationwide chapters and virtually for those located outside of chapter cities. To participate, you must first become a registered MVP member. Membership is open exclusively to active military, Veterans and current/former professional athletes. Please see below for eligibility requirements. We look forward to welcoming you into the MVP community.

*All members must be 18 years and older to qualify for the program.

  • Eligibility Requirements: 

    • DD214

    • NGB 55

    • Military Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)

    • Evaluation Record

    • NG 22 or 23

  • Athletes must provide proof of competition from professional-level leagues/teams/fight promotions.
