Chuck Hale

My name is Chuck Hale, I served in the Marine Corps as an 0351, and I earned my “Super Bowl ring” as a part of the spearheading unit 2/9 known as the “The Black Boots” for Operation Restore Hope in Mogadishu, Somalia 1992 - 93.  

I have come a long way in my journey with my mental and physical health; however, it is a continual work in progress. MVP has provided me with a space to share my journey with men and women who can relate to my challenges—giving me a team to maintain physical and mental fitness.

I enjoy the informal huddles where we can share our stories and positive and negative experiences. MVP is a peer-to-peer network where we provide and are provided with resources that help us continue to accomplish our own missions.
