Billy S. Goldston Sr., a native of Goldston, North Carolina, relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2015 after completing a distinguished twenty-three-year career with the United States Army. He has served in a variety of key leadership and operational positions that have resulted in the management of people and resources across a broad spectrum of high stress situations. Over the breadth of his career, Billy successfully led American and foreign Soldiers in both peacetime and combat operations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Billy is an accomplished executive with a strong background in operations management, who has overseen the successful allocation of exponential resources throughout his career. He is dedicated to garnering unwavering community support for the men and women who place(d) the needs of the nation, before their own. 

Billy has earned a BA in Homeland Security, Masters of Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Management from the American Military University. He has attended a host of leadership schools, project management courses, and holds a Six Sigma Certification. He has also been and continues to be a staunch supporter for growing strong community-focused entrepreneurial ecosystems that bolster local economies, while expanding business opportunities for military spouses, veterans, and other disadvantaged demographics. Billy currently resides in Rogers, Arkansas with his bride the former Ms. Jenny White and their three children Isaiah, Joshua, and Kaleb.
